Order Fulfillment

We at Scentley aim to dispatch your order within 3-7 business days after it has been placed. Although, in some rare cases, during holiday periods and backlog cases we could take up to 8 business days to fulfill your order. Only orders placed before 12pm on a respective business day will count towards one of the dispatch days. We do not conduct work during the weekends so this will not count towards our business days. Occasionally, stocks will run out due to large orders before the inventory is updated on the site which will cause delays to your order. In these cases, you will be notified of this by email. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, so rest assured.

Royal Mail & Transit

Once your order has been dispatched by the allocated delivery company (Royal Mail), Scentley cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the delivery provider.

Lost In Transit

If your order is not delivered, you must report to us at Scentley within 12 working days after your order has been dispatched. Otherwise, claims made after 12 working days will be invalid claim for non-delivery and Scentley will not take any action. Royal Mail requires a total wait of 21 working days before the order that has been sent to be considered lost. Within this time frame, Scentley will take action and raise a claim with Royal Mail. Once approved, you will be sent replacement of your order (if a claim was made within 12 working days by you). If one of the items you ordered became out of stock during that period you will be issued a refund for that item alone.

The customer is required to cooperate with Scentley and Royal Mail in the event your order is not delivered, at each step of the claim.

Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect address, contact Scentley immediately by email before your order is dispatched. It is the customer's responsibly to ensure the address provided is correct. In instances, should the address be incorrect, Scentley will not accept or take responsibility for your order is lost or delayed. The customer can check the delivery address on confirmation email.
